Health and Safety

Our approach to health and safety is to:

  • Ensure the safety, health and welfare of employees at all our places of work including persons not employed by our company but who may be affected by our activities

  • Provide our employees with information, training, and supervision as may be needed

  • Minimise the risk of injury and ill-health at our place of work

  • Communicate by consulting with staff on matters of health and safety

  • Promote and foster a proactive health and safety culture

  • Establish a good track record to deliver projects and jobs:

  • To specification, on time, and in a safe and reliable manner

Our commitment to ongoing training for both internal and external parties is paramount to improve the knowledge and performance of WAE’s workforce.

Within our team, we have highly skilled crane operators, engineers, and mechanics and we have developed in-house Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and ensure all operators are competent before becoming approved. All individual training including site-specific inductions is recorded on our in-house training matrix.
